Peer Learning Initiative (PLI)

Coordinated by METU CoDE (METU Center of Distance Education), the Peer Learning Initiative (PLI) has been launched to enhance knowledge sharing among students and to support the development of leadership skills. The core of the program is based on students who have acquired specific technical competencies sharing this knowledge with their peers.

Beyond facilitating knowledge dissemination, this initiative aims to create new opportunities by equipping participating students not only with technical expertise but also with leadership, presentation, and pedagogical competencies that directly contribute to their career development.
